Costco

Good place to get your groceries and special deals in a particular amount of products. There is a lot to look and buy, so you need to take your time. Same with the carpark, if you are planning to go, make sure that not to go during a weekend or a long weekend.

Today I was shopping with my son and I left in a hurry I have been coming for ages but never had such a worker. My child stayed in to fill his drink and I told him I would wait outside but it took ages for him to come out I went looking for him but this worker had quite of a Karen. Others were helping me out but this worker was waiting outside chilling like a dog and telling me to get my card to come in!

Costco is the best store I ever seen! The item was so cheap and some of the Costco have the Fuel station, I love shopping at Costco!

It’s cold and raining outside, we came with three young children, after a big shopping end up with three trolleys, we bought some food and eat on the side like many others. After all the others are gone, we’re being asked by a staff at the customer service to eat outside (immediately), she didn’t leave us time to pack and leave, just kept saying that in front of people, treat us with no respect, when we’re trying to explain we got many things and three kids (dirty fingers) can’t vanish that fast, she threatened us do you want me to call the manager, what’s that for??! Did we refuse to leave or what? We spent nearly 10k a year at Costco Ringwood, will not go back there again. After reading reviews wrote recently, I found out I’m not alone!

Warning do not buy heavy items from Costco such as fridge, furniture, washing machines, it is not worth it. I bought a massage chair from Costco and their delivery just left a huge box in the front door. They won't deliver into the house, the box is over 100kg and it will not budge at all.

I honestly do not see the attraction. Goods are not that much cheaper if you work it out, and because it is in bulk you better use it all otherwise no, its not cheaper if you are getting to the useby date or eating more than you normally would just to use it up. And I've never seen a place for queues and crowds - you have to love both. A lot.

When you do the maths, you can get a better deal when products are on sale at Woolies/Coles. Always see too many staff members standing around with nothing to do, perhaps thats where their operational cost is weighing against keeping prices low. There are some products, like the Kirkland cookies which are amazing and can only be found in Costco.

Good for both my business and my family. Have purchased with Costco for 8years. Friendly staff and good shopping experience.
