The Coogee Courtyard has a nice casual atmosphere with lots of seating options. They have large community style tables as well normal seating. They offer delicious food options to suit everyone. I eat here every weekend and the staff know exactly what I want to order before I even sit down. The açai bowl is my favourite as well as the halloumi stack.

Having come here multiple times for coffee over COVID my reflections are that some days it’s good, some days undrinkable, depending on barista. Alternative milks have been mixed up, and despite frequenting many times I can never get even a hello, nod or acknowledgement of existence from the staff beyond ‘what do you want, that will be 3.50$’. Overall, it’s busy, making me think the food must be good, but really disappointing to have consistently rude service and fairly average coffee.

Delightful little open-air cafe. Very helpful and polite staff. Free WiFi worked very well. I was in town for work and spent 3 mornings at the cafe for breakfast and to catch up on emails and such. Highly recommend.

I was looking forward to a nice gourmet breakfast - except all I got was an anaemic, tasteless omelette with cheap looking bread & lurpak butter. Oh man not the lurpak. Eurgh. For $19 I felt pretty cheated out of giving my money away. One of the waitresses was really kind but one of them had a clipped tone and a coldness about her. I witnessed poor team work from the cold one. Which is a shame because it brings the vibe down. Least the coffee was good.

Great meals and decent coffee. Staff a little disorganised but on New Years Day we were just glad they were open.

A very well established restaurant offering everything from a simple coffee to breakfast and lunch. Food was freshly cooked to order and always delicious. Staff very friendly and courteous. Generally quite busy, regardless of the time of day.

Banana pancakes are divine. Great touch getting freckles with the coffee. So open and airy!
