The calamari was AMAZING. The whole fish and chips on good Friday thing was never going to be easy but you guys handled it very well. Oven cooked the leftovers today and it was still great. Definitely recommend eating there as the fish is more fancy.

Seriously where have you guys been all my life! Just moved into the area from Melb and this place has to be one of the best Fish n Chip joints I have ever come across anywhere! Have been in 4 times in the last 2 weeks and hit the mark every time! Burgers are right up there and the battered fish is all types of addictive! Bit of a wait on a Friday night but its obviously busy for a reason! Keep it up guys, your killing it!!

Went to order one burger and a side of fries didn’t get it until 45 minutes later. When I went to order I was we not advised that the wait time was going to be so long and several attempts of finding out how much longer I would have to wait we’re unsuccessful and resulted in being shut down by rude staff members (seems to be a recurring theme after reading some reviews). The last time I went up to ask if it was ready yet I was rudely told that it had been sitting there for 10 minutes although no one had called my name and after discovering that the food was lukewarm no staff member tried to fix the situation or even apologise. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re fine with waiting an hour for overpriced, average food. I do understand that Friday nights are extremely busy but personally I don’t think that it justifies an hour long wait for one burger. May I suggest that they need to expand their kitchen or hire more staff, anything that can fix the problem that lots of people have identified. Reading how this company responds to bad reviews almost turned me off writing this as I don’t feel like being berated with excuses that seem to never fault the actual shop?? Constructive criticism is actually helpful if you pay attention to it. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

Don't waste your money on the fish PATTY burger. Because it has the texture,look and almost the taste of a bland, cheap chicken nugget patty, with a few fish scraps mixed in. I might have given a better review if it was a fish fillet, that's what all the other fish n chip shops use. On a positive note the shop has a clean, refreshed atmosphere.

Great fish and chips! And if you go on Uber eats they deliver!

These guys are good operators! Came in on ANZAC Day and the place was really busy but these guys just kept pumping out the orders! Reading some of these negative reviews I think these guys get an unfair rap because of how busy they get but we placed our order, went to the park for 30 mins, came back and picked up our order! Issue solved! Witnessed another customer abuse a young girl working there when she politely told her it would be a 45 minute wait! Great Fish & Chips and surprisingly good burgers. Lovely staff as well, keep it up guys!
