Optus Stadium 6100, Burswood
Nice view, decent food, but the staff seem to think customers are an unnecessary inconvenience. Plastic plants and chairs with stains on them, mistaken orders and chiding adult patrons for not knowing that the set of toilets nearest the dining area are apparently "out of bounds"

Popped in for lunch from a friends recommendation. Lunch menu was small and reasonably priced. Food and service were good, and the city and river views made for a pleasant experience. Coffee was excellent. Will definitely go again.

The view is stunning, overlooking the parkland, then river towards the city. That deserves 5 stars. The coffee is also 5 stars. The service is perfunctory. I chose the smashed avo on toast and it was unpleasant at best. The aged avocado had a metallic taste, was more mush than smash, very cold - as if straight from fridge and the soughdough bread was rock hard all the way through. Shame, because I want to keep going back for the food as well as view.

A new cafe located at Perth stadium upstairs - great views on a lovely day of the river, parklands and the city. Food and coffee offering is limited however quite fast to come out. Service could do with some improvement but still ok.
Great view. We came today (Sunday) for lunch at 1030am waited to be seated. The place was busy but not too full. They said we had to wait half an hour for the order. We ordered fish and chips and burger and ham cheese sandwich for little one. Food was ok but not good. Frozen fish deep fried. There's a little crawling bug on the salad of the burger after I had half way thru. They asked if need replacement. No. They just took the plate and no sorry or refund offered. Won't be back. Overall service and quality food is not good. Only good for the view.
I love this place.Went for lunch with my girlfriends and we had a wonderful time.The food was delicious.I will be back with my family
Coffee with a view is back. Following the Australian Governments advice, the City View Café is open from Monday 18 May. Stop in for breakfast or lunch when your visiting Optus Stadium or Stadium Park with family and friends. The City View is located on the river side of Optus Stadium near Gate D in Burswood. A short stroll from East Perth, the Matagarup Bridge and Perth Stadium Station (trains only stop on weekends).
