Excellent food and friendly atmosphere

Very cramped and hot. Food is pricey until you realise the portions are huge and are best shared between a group. Food was very tasty, impressed with flavour of pastas. Ingredients were noticeably low-average quality.

Claustrophobic, hot and bothered. Not a good experience. Busy place filled with international students busy taking photos of the dishes instead of eating. Place is tiny and seriously overcrowded. Too many people in a small space means its hot and stuffy. Food was barely Italian. Making everything sweet is not authentic. Sweet pasta isn't right.

Best place to eat Italian food. Ever!! And super friendly staff and super awesome service! Love it! And so worth value for money 👍🏻

Super place. Good meal. Good staff. Very busy - often a good sign. Take aways are much cheaper if you prefer to eat at home.

Had a fabulous night there with my Girlfriends. The service was really good and the food was fantastic. I will be going back to Ciao Italia for sure.

Nice food, great Tiramisu

We used to buy plaza from them and have one dine in before. But since last night's plaza from Ciao italia. We decided no more going to them. The ricotta dish was so hard like eating pieces of dough with glue. The quality of plaza has gone down so much. The seafood topping was not fresh. The squid ring was off and smelled. The plaza base was hard and not cooked. We have ended up eating instant noodle at home ! Also so many time we were treated badly and rude by one of the older waiter ! Maybe he does not like Asian. (I have seen he rude to other Asians as well, but he forget that most of their customers are Asian!)

Amazing food but always busy

Ordered takeaway last night, seafood paste is great, I love their homemade tomato source--amazing; but tiramisu is just so so
