Chulho Authentic Nepalese & Indian Cuisine

Very disappointed 😞 😞 we been here couple of times but today I felt was that nepalese hospitality?? Besides the paint and decorations nothing valuable.. less than average food..poor customer service experience. We were 13 of us no none of us liked the food today ,even we tried to give feedback to owner but he didn’t care.

The owner and the staffs were very friendly and has great hospitality skills. Food was also awesome; must have the best nepalese chefs in australia. Once again thank u Mr.Owner, your consideration for us is always appreciated. Highly recommended.

Tried vegetarian chowmein, sandheko momos

Food was delicious, service was friendly. Not having auto closing door meant, feeling cold every time some one walked in and getting up to close the door

We went on Saturday. Live music there was amazing!!! The band sang a lot of Nepalese hit songs. Quite nice and nostalgic!!! 😊 Food wise I would say it's ok. A little more portion would be great!!!

It's just alright-not so good and not that bad either.

Went for the lunch today. Food came a bit slow, I guess they had less staff today. But the front lady was really kind to keep us updated on our meal. We definitely rushed her, felt bad for that later when she keep apologising every customer during payment for the delayed food service. We were in Table 11 and remember every table looking at her because of late service. People really don’t understand if food is delayed then complain on the restaurant not the customer service because she did a fantastic job. Will be back again definitely and hopefully the food will come quick next time.

The food was nice, the ambiance was nice,.. sauji dai was also very good the only thing we didn’t like was the server, she was very rude; not by her words but by her body language, the way she spoke, the way food was delivered , and when she came back to collect the plates, she did “huh “ pointing her hands towards the plate. Dai I think we just need more friendlier staff at the restaurant. Everything else is good!

Awesome customer service and Ms.Samikshya was really sweet, humble and helping. Food was pretty average!

Both tasty food with beautiful presentation and great service by friendly staffs were exceptional. In addition, Slow Nepali Music at the background and painting on the wall and ceiling made atmosphere nicer @ Original CHULHO. This is not the first time been there, I have found the quality of food is always same. I highly recommend everyone to be there once. 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾
