Food was awesome but wasn’t expecting the service would be disaster. Waitress should be taught the way they interact with customers. They were using rough words infront of us . One of my concerns is that if they want to take orders till 10:00pm but why they rush customers to finish quick with 10:15.
Loved the Buff jerky lunch set (Khaja set) and Chilli fried Dumplings. 👍
Total disaster of a service. The worst experience. Just looks glittery from outside! Please teach your staff on how to talk and deal with customers. Nothing close to “Authentic”. Unfortunately I have to say that I ended up wasting my money here!!
Not a bad review Just wanted to share my experience. Last night I called at 9:30 and wanted to book a table for 4 I did asked them twice or thrice as it was a closing time so I could make a booking or not but the owner was so nice he did reserved a table for us. But when we get over there one of the guy from bar was staring at us like we were there for free.I might not say all of them but that one I couldn’t remember his name otherwise I would have mentioned that as well. My friends felt so uncomfortable after that . At last we added them tips as well. But I feel like it was not a way to behave the customer. Thanks
Had to wait there for good 30 mins. No one came to ask. Just a suggestion from a Nepalese customer- Learn to acknowledge your customers. We knew you guys were so busy but if you see customers in a queue you should come and at least say hi and ask them to wait. I wish you all the best for your business with this kind of customer service :)
Ambiance- Great. Music played- great. Menu- really limited. Food came super late. And the food was just ok-ish. Some worse. 🙏
Long long long waiting time. It takes more than 1 hour and 15 mins for the order. Had to go to counter 2 times just to tell them about this. Momo and chowmein was literally tasteless. We had ordered extraaa sauce which came after we finished everything. Honestly Skipping this place. Lot of better places around .
Went there Saturday night. Ambience was ok, live music was a bit louder but was expected because it was a live band. No comments on the food and the staff. Management wasn't helpful at all. Had a bit of issue with the booking. We had to add 2 more people in the table, who were sitting in the table next to us, which didn't seem much of a big deal I guess. When we asked the owner/manger to add two more seats to our table, the owner/manager was very unprofessional. Without listening to anything, he just ignored and said NO. It wouldn't be a big deal if he'd explained it to us in better way. that's not how the business runs in hospitality. Would not recommend anyone. Poor management. FYI, it was 59-61 Wigwam St.
Too crowded. Waited 40 mins outside for the table. Dishes were all good. Good customer service.
Customer service was absolutely poor. We ordered 30ml black label and we had a bug in our drink we told the waitress was not even apologetic but instead acted like as if we were the one who made the mistake by complaining it. Later brought a drink full of ice with no taste of alcohol. No one have professionalism to their work in this place. Let us not talk about food in this place 🤮
