China Bar

I never come back. I went to China Bar, Box Hill with my husband & a daughter 2.2 years old. We did order 2 main dishes and 1/2 roast duck take away. I thought my daughter can't finish the duck and we just take the rest it home then. They didn't give me the takeaway duck because the price is $3 different between eat in & takeaway, oh my goodness (i can tip them more than that) I did explain to them the reason why i ordered takeaway for my daughter and they said NO to me eventhough just some pieces for my daughter's dinner. I have a word only "Rude". The food pictures on the menu look much better than the ones on the table. I didn't finish my BOWL. The food and the duck taste normal, nothing special. I paid $17 for 1/2 roast duck take away while other shops are $15 only. The duck is in my Bin now.

Visited after a long time. Was not that crowded like it was used to be, because of covid. But good covid safety measures taken.

Geelong outlet is the best taste of China Bar.

good chicken rice. china is famous place for late night meal with friends if you want sg or malaysian food.

Crispy pork fried rice. The pork is crispy and the rice fried to perfection. china bar in the glen for the same dish, is not as good, pork is soggy.

Worst food.🤮🤮🤮they dont care about the meal.

Food is great, service is fantastic, just have to avoid getting blown up apparently! (There was a bomb scare in Box Hill last time I was there)
