Best bread for miles in any direction

Got a strong flat white with oat milk this morning. I couldn’t drink it. No foam on the top. The milk seemed to have no texture at all. I tipped it down the sink, a very rare thing for me. I usually get a great coffee from Trafalgar st cafe but it had a long line.... now I know why! Update - I walked past Cherry Moon today and all the coffees looked great as does the cafe in general and I wondered if takeaways don’t get the same effort as dine in. Who knows and I’ll never find out. This mornings coffee from Trafalgar St Cafe was really good.

Some of the staff maybe should call in sick rather than bring their hate for work to the cafe. Be grateful in times like these you have a job. Don't ask the customer a question if you don't have patience or care to await the response. Apart from the attitude, i feel the quality of the food has unfortunately dropped from early days.

When they're good, and that is most days, they're very very good. When not so much? It's the necessary risk of crazy baking genius. Gotta try their cinnamon buns, and anything labelled sourdough.

Stumbled across this place after walking out of Trafalgar Street Cafe. What a bonus this place was to find. I just wanted a coffee, but the menu and food on display made me salivate, so I had to taste the food. The first thing that grabs you here is the service, friendly, professional, discipline and well trained. The menu and prepared food is extensive and making a choice does have its difficulties, but all great. Coffee was what coffee should be. Cherry Moon is a destination cafe, only new, but obviously a great future. Well done to all from management to the lovely floor staff. Will be back.

I really want to support small local businesses - which is why we are lucky in Annandale to have Stoneground Bakery which does great bread, cakes, food and coffee just 2 mins walk from Cherry Moon. Cherry Moon has such promise but is destroyed by the very poor customer service. Such a shame.

If/when in the inner-west, you're in for a big surprise!!! Kimmy & her crew serve up the most amazing & unique wood-fired inspired breakfast/brunch offerings in the country!! Not to mention their next level coffee, mind-blowing, spine tingling cakes & superb & friendly customer service. A true hidden gem that you MUST try!!

Although expensive, the bread is top notch. You can really taste it's been made in a woodfire oven. Unfortunately there are one or two members of staff that should not be in customer facing roles. Despite this, I keep coming back for the goods!

Pretty expensive, service not stellar Decided to give this place another go, seems like they've been trying to iron out the kinks for a while. Sandwich was really good and the pastry, coffee was not good. If you like black single origins you will be disappointed.
