Cheesecake Shop

Hey! I’ve purchased a cake jus before. Very poor customer service. I’ve never seen such kinda attitude, the way they respond is like hitting customers on their faces. The packing isn’t good.

I always buy cakes from this shop, but last visit i was dissapointed as i was given a cake that wasn't fresh, the strawberries looked old. Girl was too lazy to even put the strawberries on top properly. Never going there again.

Would give you a 0 but google wouldn't allow it. Had to cancel the cake a week in advance and you refused to give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting. You haven't made the cake or bought anything for it. You've made a horrible time in our lives that much worse.

Great cheesecake indeed. People loved it I loved it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality cheesecake. The staff was very professional and friendly. The chocolate cheesecake is the best, must try that one.

Waited for almost 15 mins to be served. Counter sales staff served another customer who had just walked in left me waiting. I left offended & disappointed without getting cake & phoned the store on my concern. All the cake shop supervisor was intersted was on making a cake ready for me to pick up & kept defending her staff.

Thank to the staff for helping me out at such short notice to make an amazing cake for my staff party at work today. Great to see such great customer service. Thank you.

Very slow service. There was only one girl working. Had to wait a long time to just get one product. It wasn't that busy either. Nevertheless, the cake tasted good.

5 stars all the way. Fantastic and awesome cakes , we tried the new rainbow cake, kids loved it. Very friendly service, staff always polite and smiling. Been going to the store for many years. Writing costs a bit extra but still very good value compared other cake shops in the area.
