If I could give zero star I would. The girl in hijab is very rude not friendly at all. Last time another girl write the name for free, this time it’s $5 but we were not told. When we complained she said look at this sign !! It was the size of a matchbox. Cannot see for looking. No empathy, no apology, no smile, nothing just want payment! We usually spend about $75 PER WEEK there Ie for lunch and then more for special occasions. You have lost a long term customer. It should be closed down. Last time the Asian lady put no chocolate on the Black Forest and Expect us to pay $40!!

Worst staff ever, Almost every cake we liked on display, she replied sorry i dont think so we have that in our stock, not even bothering to have a look. We asked her to draw HBD on given cake she was like sorry we can't draw at the moment.

They don't let you write on your own cake and then do such a faulty & messy job. They couldn't even get a sentence grammarly correct! Where as, I could've squeezed in a HBD, along with "Aged like A fine wine!"

We just recently bought cake from this shop but they were very poor in customer service. They don't have the knowledge of cakes as well.

Must be shut down immediately, demolished and removed from any paperwork stating that it actually once existed. Didn't expect anything great out Campbellfield, but that was a horrible experience

The cakes here are to die for! The Taste, Apearance, Variety & Friendly Staff make buying these super expensive cakes worth every dollar! To be honest when you consider the time and care these girls put into the crafting and decorating and the cost of all these luxury ingredients the cost of $30 average per cake is quite reasonable. They even offer quarter size servings for just $10! and sometimes offer free tasting of new flavoures. Due to Covid the store ask that no more than 2 enter at any time and all customers oblige gladly.

Very worse cake ever and delivered like as muddy and I told them to write down the birthday note but there was nothing written and it was so embarrassing. I want to surprise my husband but I became surprised after seeing that cake😥😡😡😡🥵😱😱

good variety of cakes but its bit pricey compared to other famous cake shops best thing is all the cakes are halal and the shop is halal certified staff here is always busy because of so many customers never had any problem on anything. good staff good people always helpful but reconsider prices if possible

Super yummy, fresh, and soft cakes. Best for birthdays and other occassions. If you are in mood for a slice...the quarter ones aill serve your need.... moreover genuine and friendly staff.
