Great place for lunch and taking friends visiting Hobart. We love the garden in warmer months.

Very nice experience. We had a friendly guide and beer tasting was spot on!

The staff were informative, but even admitted that there was not much going on. The tour took us to two back rooms, and showed none of the working factory. You do get four free tasters at the end - and the beer pulling competition on daily at 4pm give your the chance at another free tester. Still, $30 for five beers seems expensive.

Finished a 1:00 tour with James. James has excellent knowledge of the breweries history and the beer making process. Love the beer garden and food! Cheers Chris

I love the Green Label Mercury cider but am appalled at the use of plastic to pack the six packs. You CAN do better than that!

Great tour...I understand if you mix hops, malt, yeast and other stuff, you get beer. It was all good till I found out the factory is owned by Carlton...had to wash my mouth out with VB.

Loved the brewery tour! Would highly recommend anyone to do it if you're in Hobart. You can easily catch the local bus which drops you at the door from Salamanca market. At the end of the tour make sure you get yourself a Cascade lager! It's tippytop
