What a fantastic time my group had at the Cascade Brewery! The tour was great, and Beau the tour guide was very charismatic and informative. Lunch afterwards was delicious. Thanks to Cascade for a great holiday experience!

Great place to sample the various cascade ales and beverages! Spectacular setting, historic garden, well worth the visit. Do the tour if you get a chance.

We have been there for lunch. It was delicious but the kick was missing to make it yummy. The beer was good and fresh from the tap. They have a nice garden where kids can run around.

Tour was very informative and we'll run. Good to hear the history of the place as well as how the brewery has grown and how it runs today. 4 ratings included in your are full sized pots, was expecting little shot sized tasters. Food is reasonably priced and looks good. Well worth the trip if in Hobart. Not too far out of the city.
