Food is AMAZING

Delicious Italian food in a gorgeous trattoria space. It is down to the small things for setting Italian restaurants apart (as there are so many to choose from) and I think that the Bianca sets a great example for what can be expected...authentic simple foods that make you feel like part of the family.

Authentic Italian restaurant which is actually run by Italian people! Service is very good, they treat you with care and attention, trying to make sure you enjoy your meal and have everything you need for that to happen. Food is very nice, decent amount of options and even a few vegetarian ;) Regarding the cafe attached, coffee is really nice, they sell baguettes that look amazing (haven’t had the chance to tried them yet) but they are freshly made and stuffed in the moment you ask for one! Variety of cakes and ice cream to choose from if you have a sweet tooth. I have to admit that sometimes even if I’m not in a coffee mood I go anyways cause I enjoy talking to Roberto while he prepares one for me! Super nice person! I recommend!

The food is not the reason for this one star. Also, not the waitress who is very friendly. This one star comes from the manager (I assume), who told us that I could not share the pizza with my partner. We just had Korean BBQ before. We didn't saw there is a sign says "pizza is not for share" anywhere inside the restaurant. So we were asked to order another main even we actually did not want it. Because he said " this is a restaurant and we don't allow to share the pizza." I am not sure this is because both me and my partner are not white. If this is because of racism, I congratulate you that you were the first racist I have met in my six years living in Australia. Super disappointed and annoyed.

Delicious, authentic Italian food. We had a wonderful dinner there and would definitely go again!
