Blackbird Bar and Grill

With a view like this with a cocktail while waiting for your table I highly suggest Blackbird Bar & Grill..The food is absolutely amazing, we had the white lamb loin and honestly it melted in your mouth. It was so juicy and tender, cooked to perfection. For our sides we had the beans and creamy baked potato which are also just as delicious as our main. The staff are amazing, friendly and so attentive, they ensure everything is perfect as perfection is their aim. This is the 2nd time we have been there and we will be back again for sure. The view towards the story bridge is amazing and the atmosphere is romantic and intimate. If you ever want to impress, take your date here. For the price of the food it is well worth it, you can't beat quality and is worth every dollar. Fine dining at it's best.

We had a surprise birthday dinner at Blackbird. Everything was well handled from the initial booking through the changes due to travel restrictions and the night itself. Tess was a great organizer and Levi the waiter was very attentive. The food was great and everyone enjoyed the evening, thankyou.

Impeccable service. Fantastic food. I came here for a special night with my Sparkly lady friend 💖. We were absolutely stunned with the incredible view! We ordered the coleslaw, the tomato salad and the 500g rump from 1000 guinea farm. The meal was awesome, steak was rare, but still delicious, though we asked for medium. The salads were really well made with gorgeous sauces. For dessert we had the cheesecake which was sooo good.

I booked Blackbird for my birthday because i’ve heard many good things about it. We got to our 7.30pm reservation, our food came out at 9.02pm. Mind you it was a Thursday night. When i asked the servers to why the food is taking so long, they would go check it for me and helped rush my orders. The servers were very friendly and nice but we were waiting for so long we actually requested to have my birthday cake first. Only then our food came out. The potato was definitely the star of the show. Steaks were chewy, Quails was very nice and crispy like KFC. The view was amazing. Would I ever recommend my friends there for special occasions? I don’t think I would.

Easy to book online, really nice and spacious restaurant setup, friendly staff, Love the atmosphere created by the wood fire grills, best steak in Brisbane (char grilled) and enjoyed the fresh green salad (secret sauce) and the finger fries. Definitely my new favourite restaurant in Brisbane.

Excellent Dinning Experience, Food was amazing. i had Honey Bugs for Entree, Butternut Pumpkin Gnocchi for Main and Citrus Tart for Dessert. Lovely view of the Brisbane river while enjoying our night at Blackbird Bar & Grill.

Expensive and quirky with a great view by the window, and the meals were fabulous. The wait staff were very good and in good form They just can't do sweet desert.... we ordered cheesecake, and, well, it wasn't..... Just a dollop of raspberry sorbet on a moist biscuit with some fruit... Most disappointing after the yummy savoury food. Would have been 5 stars if we'd not had desert.

Blackbird has probably one of the best views of the Storey Bridge at night. They have an amazing restaurant that's is separate to the bar making it a very relaxing environment to dine in. If it's your first time dining here I highly recommend the suckling pig. I was very impressed by the waiters and loved how they were able to express their personalities while being very professional.

After our first reception venue cancelled on us, the team at Black Bird came to our rescue! Emma, Courtney and the rest of the team were great. We would highly recommend booking a function here. Food was delicious. The location is perfect with fantastic views. In the lead up to our wedding Emma was an ongoing source of support and answered all our queries and questions very promptly and professionally. Thankyou for hosting our wedding ceremony and reception, we had an absolute ball!
