The chateaubriand is amazing, and you can't go past the paris mashed potatoes, great service, great surrounds.

The maitre d' clearly didn't want us there. Waitresses were friendly. Drinks were good, food was very lacking. Very disappointing. The duck was dry, no sauce to be seen. They tried to tell us us it was a subtle addition ... Um no, it was missing. Never again.

Very French top score for my menu was French onion soup sirloin steak and veges cream Broulee the steak soo tender soup great dessert lovely atmosphere classy

Front desk waiter was not too inviting when we first entered the restaurant. We were shown to our table by a very nice waitress who made some great suggestion on a cocktail. We had the Mt Barker chicken and my partner had the duck. Both were cooked very well. Chickens skin was crispy yet meat was still juicy and tender. To finish off we had the passion fruit souffle which was presented very nicely.

Customer service was poor, lunch took about 2 hrs to be serviced. When they forgot to bring out our lunch mains. Beside the poor customer service the food was good. They need to focus on better customer service.

Look it's ok the food is great but the serving are way to big the lump of steak tartare was huge and really presented bad tasted great though. The service was slow and they just didn't have the staff they need I know it's a sign of the time but it did effect the experience so make sure you give yourself some time as we were rushed for a show. I would go back but Nobu and rockpool are better options

Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill. Five minutes into our booking our waiter asked us if the rest of the party was almost arriving as we had to be out in an hour and 45 minutes. Not a nice way to start the night off. My $50 steak was the worst I've ever had and tough as nails. It took 30 minutes to be offered any drinks and we were not offered any more drinks the whole time we were there, nor was our water refilled. We weren't offered dessert and after being told about our time limit (despite the restaurant being half empty all night) our mains took an hour to arrive to the table after ordering. Overall it was a very poor experience and we will not be returning again. I've had better meals and ambience at a pub than this overpriced and underwhelming restaurant.

We went here for their Afternoon Tea Indulgence. The staff were very attentive and distancing between customer tables was good. The canapes were really very tasty and presented nicely. They had a good selection of teas that you could choose from and the option for a glass of champagne as an extra to the cost of the Afternoon Tea. I would highly recommend going here for either lunch, high tea or dinner.

This place we dined here once with a group of 6 of us and we cannot say a bad word about them at all. Prices of meals are not cheap but you would expect that a restaurant of this class would charge higher rates. But it is all worth it as the meals were fantastic and all cooked to perfection. The waiter was full of knowledge and answered all of our questions regarding what's in the food and what wines they actually have for our taste. Definitely first class service and could not recommend them enough.

Very good food and service. We had a nice enclave table, quiet and private.
