the staff are the best when i called someone picked up named Lexi she was extremely nice and helped me find everything i wanted even suggesting some really good food for me and my mates to have a feed

The service here is lovely. I was able to chill out with a milkshake get my laptop out and got a bunch of work done. But I did see lots of great service and happy customers.

Ran out of onion rings but the chips were still great. Adore the new Smash range.

Long queues. Can do with front counter staff with a smile. The person who served me was a bit 😔gloomy . Service is mediocre. Burger was tasty and presentation was awesome. The sizes of the burger are pretty small for what you pay for. I paid the same price for a 🍔burger elsewhere at Gettaburger and I get my money's worth at GB. There burgers at GB are bigger better and tastier.

One of the best burgers I've had in Brisbane! The first time we went, I had a Bettys Classic Stack and it was amazing. The mushroom was deliciously gooey, the patty was cooked to perfection and the buns were so fresh. Definitely recommend this place for their burgers, will have to try out the sweet side of the menu next time

Food was delicious, there was a mix up with a burger but Summer sorted it out. My 2 year old recommends the chocolate thick shake... I can't cos it was so good she wouldn't share 😊
