Absolutely stunning service and food. Food was served within 10 minutes and was hot and fresh. The staff were kind and very welcoming. Will come back!

The burgers here are truly fantastic but it is quite expensive. I love the classic cheeseburger most but if you’re feeling like something a bit different then the mushroom or pork belly burgers are great options. Love the onion rings and fries. Sauces are quite good.

I’m presuming this store was understaffed tonight or something because they seemed flustered and unorganised, both burgers were over cooked to the point of tasting like charcoal and the chips where disappointingly cold, also we ordered two chunky chips, received one with shoestring and the other with an odd mix of shoestring and only small crunchy (scraps from the bottom?) chunky chips in the other. Wasn’t overly concerned about the chips but tried to get the burgers replaced but was just standing there for ages waiting with staff running around, the staff acknowledged us a couple of times but didn’t actually ask what was up and after 5mins of not being served ended up just binning it all and going to cafe 63 next door and getting some good food. We don’t eat out and break the strict diet a huge amount and when I do we are happy to pay the premium for a good quality meal and this definitely didn’t make the cut. Pretty disappointing and frustrating experience

Ordered via uber eats. Paid extra for extra pickles in the burger. But guess what there wasn't any pickels at all let alone the extra ones. There were no serviettes. Paid 50 odd bucks for this sub standard service. The food itself was good. The burgers were juicy and tasty, but you see the little things matter as well.

Everyone working here was very friendly and prompt! They were busy but at no point was anyone rude and they were all very patient. Cleave served us at the end and made sure we were happy.

Super tasty burgers, love the onion rings dipped into Betty's special sauce.. I wish they had low carb bun option it'd be awesome..

Can't go wrong with a Betty's double with an extra patty, and the fries always come out hot crispy and delicious.

Best burgers in Brisbane! I recommend the steak and mushroom, or chicken - both are awesome! Love the buns too, beautiful, buttery and soft. Chips are good too. Although the line looks long, it does move quickly even at peak times and food comes out quickly. Burgers are reasonably priced, but the soft drinks are a bit expensive.

The cleanliness of this place is slipping. The seats are visibly filthy. The tables need to be wiped down more thoroughly. And the staff need to be reminded that excessive jewellery is not acceptable in a food venue.
