We love Betty's and our burgers at Chermside were the best we've had. Staff were friendly and efficient. Dinner was a great way to start our rare movie night. 😃

My coeliac partner loves eating here. Hasn't had a reaction from the food. Food is good. Menu doesn't rotate or change so provides a bit of a stale experience for those whom have been here more than a couple times.

The customer service at the Chermside store is outstanding. We arrived as a large group and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us all seated together, the were very accomodating. Above and beyond what I was expecting. The burgers were delicious too.

Came in with my family and had the nicest experience! The girls Grace and Bella greeted us with warm smiles and helped the seven of us find a table. The food was delicious, I always get the classic but the girls convinced me to try the avocado smash and I loved it, would highly recommend! The food was fast a well presented, couldn’t have had higher praises for my lunch!

Great service, great presentation just like other Betty Burger branches! Waiting time is very quick and most importantly the food is high quality. Keep up the great work!

Uke quality of the food is brilliant. Fresh and tasty. Good drink selection and with the amount of younger staff I am always impressed by their manner and friendliness. Great spot for a burger.

If your happy paying $31 for a 1 burger and 2 thick shakes then maybe this place is for you. But the slow service and the confusing mix of table service and buzzers made it hard to swallow. I got buzzed to get my burger in a reasonable time and about 10 minutes after sitting back down and finish eating it I asked the staff who was doing table service when my shakes would be coming? They came shortly after. The taste of the burger was a redeeming factor which you would hope is the case being a burger joint. However, it must be said they are good only if you don't mind your burgers being sloppy to finish. Oh and final point you may have to dodge pidgins flying about your food and eating from your feet if you dine here.

If you have hypertension then skip their classic burgers, the taste of salt in every bite was overwhelming. The place could the a thorough clean too. The build up of dog hair around the foot of the tables was a bit off. This place is a bit hit and miss.

The food is good don't get me wrong my partner and I ate there last night but the coke tasted like sparkling water
