Tried to call to order food before getting to the restaurant. After 3 attempts, we gave up and decided to get food elsewhere. Such a shame, they usually do great food, but if they can't even answer the phone they aren't getting my business.

Best fish in Belconnen.

The staff were very friendly. Delicious fish and chips cooked using quality ingredients. A popular shop. Even on a Sunday afternoon there was a small crowd of people waiting for their lunch.

Brilliant, fresh food. Very popular, so they often encourage you to place your order over the phone and let you know when to come collect it during rush hours

The food was freshly made, however there customer service was beyond appalling. We witnessed another customer get verbally abused by the staff because he asked about his order. The staff screamed at him saying that because he phoned his order in he didn't matter and that they take priority over customers that actually walk in to the shop. He said what happened to the number queue system. Again the woman abused this customer and what makes matters worse he had a small child with him. Absolutely disgusting from the staff at bernies.

Waited 50mins. Fish was small. Dim sims were great. But that exceptionally long wait time is a deal breaker. Was told 15 to 20mins max...

Loved it. Fresh produce. Speedy friendly service. Spacious waiting area. Had the fish n chips and a fish burger. Highly recommend.

Best fish and chips in Canberra. Melt in your mouth fish. Also recommend garlic prawn skewers and prawn cutlets. Not generic fich that most fish shops sell around Canberra, highly recommended.

They don't make em like this anymore..
