Service was great, everyone greated with a smile. Choice was very wide and cooked on the spot. Absolutely no fat and delicious to eat. Recomend it to all.

The fish was really fresh and lovely, thoroughly enjoyed it. The potato scallops could've done with some more cooking, but the service is fast and friendly.

When my wife asks me what I want for my birthday dinner/lunch. I know where to go. Best chips in the world. And a special note to the sweet potato cakes. Tasty and crispy. Keep up the good work! Always worth the one hour round trip.

It was an hour wait for fish and chips the night we went. When we finally got our order we headed home to enjoy it, only to find that the fish was overcooked and dry. I think if they weren't so ridiculously understaffed it would have been a better experience. They do the old fashioned chips which were fantastic. We'll leave it a while and try again.

Fresh fish, light and non-greasy batter, generous serve of nicely cooked chips, lots of fresh lemon and price is fair too. Staff is friendly. Will order again and strongly recommend this place.

EXCELLENT!!! The most delicious fish and chips we have had for a long time. We ordered the family meal. The fish was a beautiful texture and so tasty. The chips were beautiful and crispy as were the potato scallops. Bernie was so friendly helping us sort our order. Thank you for such a delicious meal we enjoyed it SO MUCH. Highly recommended.

Ordered grilled and crumbed cod. Paid $10 per piece! Not cod at all. Supposed to be fresh but very obviously frozen from Vietnam or somewhere similar. I had been a fresh fish shop owner for many years and know what I am talking about which is why I asked what fresh fish was available when I put in my phone order. Inedible and just completely false advertising. When I called to enquire why I was given frozen fish that was obviously not cod, the girl I spoke to said I would have to catch my own fish for it to be fresh and what I wanted, so they are obviously ripping customers off without any concerns what so ever. Unbelievable and very poor form and customer service. Don't bother. Go to the markets and get your own. I was hopeful that there may have been an honest takeaway that did nice fish and chips but unfortunately these people are liars who have no intentions of serving customers honestly.
