Worst baskin robins I've been to! I asked for a thick shake but it was deffinately a milk shake! I asked the lady a few questions like how many scoops went in so I could choose a few flavours but the girls on shift didn't know any of questions I was asking. When she gave me the 'thick shake' it was 70% full. For the price you pay you expect it to be full! Was not happy with the service as I was in there for 10 minutes and it doesn't take that long to make a Thick shake.

Ordered a birthday cake, asked for the flavours to be side by side rather than on top of each other, which was one of the options given. The cake was for two people and one person couldn't eat cookie dough so they couldn't have any birthday cake and there was chocolate missing from the outside, for $60 I'd want what I ordered.

Love Baskin Robbins. Huge choice of excellent ice-cream, particularly for Coeliac's. Have bought several ice-cream cakes over the years too, including our wedding cake.

Very unprofessional poor customer service website states what ice cream they have, get there no large ice cream cones no waffle cones no hokey pokey no choc mint no macadamia and cream no choc chip. Didn't get an apology for the inconvenience. All in all very disappointed and won't go back.

Since finding out we had a Baskins in Beenleigh... I have been back many times. The Icecream is the BEST* I love the Rum n Raisin especially. So many great Flavours... Was great to see sorbets too ! NOT ONLY YUMMY But the Amazing Staff Nicoletta and Gorgia are so nice every time you visit. WELL WORTH the Visit , I ALSO buy Home freezer packs and can Never Complain. Well worth the few extra cents . Cheers guys...Great Job !

Delicious ice cream. Bit expensive though
