It would be safe to say that Barbell biltong is the best on the market. It is organic, which is awesome. As I travel for work, the biltong is a great snack and gives me the protein I need when it's unavailable. You can use it as a snack or in meals (especially the 1kg bag of jumbles). The team at Barbell are great and will ship your order asap and, if by an off chance you have a problem, they will be more than happy to assist you. Admittedly, I stick with the original flavour but I am sure the Chili version would be just as awesome for the adventurous carnivore.

So relieved and stoked to have found a nutritious snack that not only tastes great, but also has no added sugar AND is conscious of the environment, from the soil up! My family has been purchasing Barbell's products for the last few months and we are absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of the products. Delicious organic meat's that support healthy agriculture, express shipping is a bonus. The Kangaroo sticks are a strong yet tasty flavour, and the air dried steak is some of the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommend.
