Omg! Amazing! As good as the You tube parody by Tristan Kemp suggests! Totally worthy of a song and a visit!

There's only three things certain in life - Death - Taxes - Bakery on O'Connell being packed to the rafters! The concept of a 24 hour bakery I find very interesting as a Melbournian, this is a unique concept to Adelaide - this is absolutely fantastic, I don't think we have this back home. The vibe here is insane (in a great way), it doesn't matter what time you wonder past at night or early hours of the morning, everywhere else on O'Connell Street will be closed except for here with chirpy bakery going night owls inside and out! The staff are super friendly even though they're under so much pressure with how popular this place is, imagine the chaos of a Wall Street trading house and you have a fair idea of what it's like for the ladies and gents keeping food and beverages up to the night owls! Buy! Buy! Buy! Buy! Buy!!! If we had an olympic team for hospitality staff, these people are our team representing Australia - they'd be coming back with only gold medals no doubts about it. Every time I find myself travelling to Adelaide, a pie floater is ALWAYS on the cards here at Bakery on O'Connell, they introduced me to this uniquely South Australian concept and they have won my affection for this culinary delight. The coffee is great too and they have an absolutely huge range of all types of baked goodies. Keep up the great work!

Beef Brisket with Double Cheese & Jalapeno pie was really good :)

Stopped by this icon to pick up something to a friend's place - Nutella bomb, chocolate cake and Banana bread for myself. The banana bread is a winner! Moist and absolutely delish. The Nutella bomb was true to its name - a bit too sweet but hits the spot if you are after a sugar kick. Next on the try list are their pies.
