The BEST spot for fried cauliflower and vegan Mexican food! Bad Hombres continues to be one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney and so happy that they opened one in Bondi. Owner Jose is a gem too - super lovely and chill guy.

Pros: Food was alright, I really enjoyed cauliflower. Cons: I understand that the reservation was for an hour and a half but we didn't even get the food till 40 minutes after we came and at some point they took our half eaten plates and basically kicked us out in spite of the fact that all the tables apart from two were empty. Really unnecessary and a bit rude. Music was so loud I could barely hear what my friend was saying.

Vegan so very accommodating food wise. Nachos were big but it felt like there was some punch missing from the flavour. My non vegan friend didn't really like it. The quesadillas were delicious and hot, only downside being that they were slightly burnt. I think the best part of our meal was the paprika chips. They were delicious but we were hoping to have great nachos here. Staff could be less pushy. It also seems out of place for them to ask for tips when this is Australia not America.

SO FREAKIN GOOD. Seriously would order every single thing again - loved the tacos, the quesadilla, the lomo saltado - wow wow wow, thanks for a lovely experience!

Amazing vegan food, great customer service & suprisingly speedy for takeaway! The crocante eggplant main is 10/10, and every meal with mushrooms is so well seasoned. Good hombres if you ask me ☺️
