Moderately priced fresh italian food. Quick service. We shared a platter and with a glass of wine paid $30.00 each.

My partner's mushroom risotto was good but my pasta cacio e pepe was ok only. We ordered a caprese salad but as they had run out of tomatoes (!) we had to re-order a green salad, which was undistinguished. Overpriced. Not a great location on Hickson Road, and parking is touch and go.

We loved our dining experience here and plan on coming back again (and again) with more members of our family. Last night I had the caprese to start and then Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and both were delicious. Next time I plan on trying one of their Pinsa as they also looks delicious. Our beautiful server was wonderful and informative and her enthusiasm for all the dishes definitely had us salivating between courses. We dined on an outside table and inside there is also a Bottega (retail store) where they sell some homewares, shoes, clothing and gourmet from Italian companies and start-ups. Definitely a MUST try.

I am very satisfied with meals we had and authentic Italian food andstaff. Great atmosphere.Going back soon for more delightful meals. Gracia to all staff for satisfying service they have provided.

This was a real shame because the food was actually quite delicious. The Pinzas and the Carbonara were some of the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever had HOWEVER the service was truly a letdown. It became very evident within the first 5 minutes of being in the restaurant that there was only 1 waiter managing the restaurant on his own and only 2 x chefs on a rainy Sunday lunch time. Our food didn’t take too long to arrive however, we also ordered takeaway which ended up taking well and truly over an hour to arrive due to a big group that also had to be served. It was quite clear to us that this particular big group also had very long waiting times for their mains as well. The waiter had to reassure the group that various meals were coming out at different times when other meals were arriving. Also, the menu said the Ennio Pinza had fresh grated black truffle but when it arrived it did not. Upon asking the only waiter in the restaurant, he gave me attitude by asking me, “Can you not smell the truffle?!” I later questioned him again about where the grated black truffle was on the Pinza and he told me that there were no truffles in the kitchen. I reminded him that the menu actually said the Pinza had grated black truffle to which he said it’s only truffle oil put on the Pinza. I suggested to him that the menu should be reworded with “truffle oil” instead of grated black truffle. The waiter was quite rude and gave us attitude. A little bit of humility goes a long way when you are in the hospitality industry and your menu is misleading. Also, our desserts, Tiramisu & Cannoli were deconstructed. I thought this was a bit of a joke as I’ve never had a deconstructed Tiramisu or Cannoli. It felt like the chefs were probably taking it out on us for complaining about the Ennio Pinza! All in all, the service was the biggest letdown for today’s lunch experience. When I commented to the waiter that this was the longest I’ve ever waited for takeaway food, he asked me if I’ve ever worked in hospitality before. Quite frankly, that has nothing to do with it as it’s not up to me to manage the staffing levels at a restaurant and I am within my rights to be upset with how long it took to have a Risotto & Carbonara prepared for takeaway. Even with 30% off the bill, I would not return to this establishment again. I contemplated bringing my parents here but after today’s experience, I will not bother. I truly feel sorry for the owner of this restaurant for employing such a rude and arrogant waiter. I’m amazed that this person did not truly feel bad for ruining other people’s experiences at what could have actually been a pleasant lunch if he had corrected his attitude.

It's been a long time since we walked out of a restaurant with full plates of food still left on the table...the food was that underwhelming. Staff were polite and friendly but food was a total flop.

Food looks great on the pictures. But do you guys show up on Deliveroo/Doordash just for a laugh or do you actually intend on confirming/delivering orders as well?! I've placed 4 orders, you cancelled 2 of them and left the other 2 sitting there for ages without ever confirming them.
