Oh my gosh oh my gosh and oh my gosh. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was tastier than any Philly cheesesteak I had in Philadelphia. Where to start, the meat is super tender and so tasty, just a really nice quality meat taste. The sandwich also has a caramelised onions, cheese and mustard - and all that adds up to one great cheesesteak. This butchery is near where I work so trying out all the places to eat in the Cannery Rosebery. I’ll be visiting again to try the steak and the burger. Great place. Oh and staff are super friendly
The quality of the meat here is amazing... can't believe how tender and full of flavour it all is... and the eat in menu 🤤 I got the steak and partner got the ribs today and it was SO yummy and service and knowledge behind the counter is always great also
Here is the best steak I have ever eaten, fresh, soft, juicy and cooked to perfection. Buy and cook at home or cooked for you with fries and Salad.
Excellent quality meats including wagyu. I've had the wagyu ribeye and have also ordered the cheesesteak for dining in and both were great. The proprietor is extremely helpful and friendly, provides advice and recommendations which are appreciated. Highly recommend!
I ordered medium rare and got medium well. My friend ask for medium and got well done. I addressed this with staff. Who has no idea of service. He did not offer to correct until we asked for replacement. No glasses given out, even though they are byo. Steak great quality however overcooked and salad lacking Been here before, but change of staff or ownership has demished experience. Will not be returning
Hard to fault anything. Chef was considerate and the meat was to die for. Mac and cheese was also epic. Bug sandwich great value at $16 .
One of my friends recommended me to get the smoke meat platter from Argyle. I went there during dinner time not knowing that the smoke meat platter was only available during lunch. But one of the guys went into the kitchen to do one for me to take away. The staff there is top notch. The platter itself was beautiful. Really flavourful smoked meat consisting of a large beef rib, a decent piece of brisket, a sausage, some pork and chicken wing. The sides that came with it was also worth commenting. The Mexican beans had such a punchy flavour and the coleslaw was definitely in house made and it is the first time I have had a coleslaw which has pineapple in it. It is very unique. All for $25, really value for money given the portion size. Overall highly recommended.
I dropped by to get some top quality meats and the good guy gave me a bonus steak! Nothing beats top service and products combined!
The burnt brisket ends were amazing. Good service which is lucky, given the service charge of 10% automatically added to your food bill. But the service was pretty good,the food lovely. The desserts were okay. We should have stuck to the original plan of Messina. But they were nice enough. Would definitely return
I waited for 10 minutes, people walking around but no one came to take my order. Time is tight during office hours, not coming back.
