Adelaide Pho

This must be a popular Vietnamese restaurant in Adelaide as it’s still full house at 14:00 during lunch (with two big table left). I will need to wait for 5 minutes to get a table for two. The signature: pho combination is very delicious with hot enough beef soup! 5 stars with this one; while as for my other stir-fried beef one, still not but a bit too strong favor (to me.....). Go and try if you have time and love Vietnamese good. Waitress are great and nice.

Another great Adelaide CBD location. Gotta love authentic Vietnamese in a classic feel restaurant. Great food and a busy Thursday lunchtime vibe. Excellent customer service.

I had the crispy noodles seafood combo. The food was prepared very fast, the cooked components were obviously fresh however the crispy noodles felt like they had been prepared earlier. Very large proportions. The restraint seemed clean and staff were pretty welcoming.

Specifically stopped by on account of a friend recommendation. It's true, the soup will taste a bit bland but there are good subtle flavours in there which you might not appreciate if you enjoy a heavy flavour explosion (though that's not really what a pho soup is supposed to be in my opinion). The best thing I enjoyed about this place was the beef, good quality slices compared to some other places and slightly cooked which suited my preference. Some places serve it rather raw and bloody. The beef was fantastic and really highlighted the rest of the pho. $13 for a small, not cheap but was worth it for me.
