The staff here is inexperienced and unprofessional.I was looking for a chocolate cake and asked the staff for the same. She gave us a cake telling that it’s chocolate flavoured. When my friend cut her cake it turned out to be a coffee cake which she hates. It was such a waste of time and money at this place. Very disappointed with the service.

I always had great experience with them until recently where I ordered and paid for an occasion a week ahead only to be told a day before the occasion that they can't supply my order in full, and they had to give me something else for 40% of my order. My order was only 100 pieces. They been really nice and everything and they gave me 20% extra but it is still not what I ordered. This is how you lose customers' trust. I can never come back again to order for an event because I have 0 trust now. And I still think this issue could have been easily avoided or fixed without me even knowing about it.

If I could only upload a photo of the cake I asked for and what I received! This place is disgusting! Not the first time either. I was told by family and friends to stop going there because it was just disappointment after disappointment, I only went there because my dad asked me to. Other than that I’m done with this place, I will not step foot in there nor recommend any one to go their for any occasional needs! If I could give them zero stars I would’ve. Very disgusted with the service and outcome!

Amazing place! Has a huge variety of Lebanese sweets/cakes. And everything we tried was fresh and full of flavour. (Baklava, cheese rolls being the highlight) Very nice themed seating area, feels like a car showroom. And amazingly priced, lower than most Lebanese sweet shops I have been to in sydney

Great new decoration! But no amount of money paid on decoration can hide your terrible service.... WTH, teach your girls how to talk to people and keep their problems at home. And twice in a row i get offered dirty cutlery like seriously man this is service ABC.

I did like the staff and the food excellent only the hot chocolate would like in the lug not in a glass.

I grew up in the Middle East and I haven't tasted Lebanese sweets this good there. Fresh, sweet, crisp and perfect. I'm so very glad we decided to stop by!

If I can give no star i would. I asked for a custom cake for my son's baptism, they promised to make the cake on the set date. I called a day before to confirm and promised to be done next day morning. We went to the shop (40mins drive) for them to tell us that it isnt done yet!!! They promised a delivery to the resturant at 1pm and delivered at 4 pm after my husband called them many times to no replies and when replied, they started the lies that the delivery boy has left one hour ago and couldn't find parking for one whole hour. The place was right next to a westfield so can park there. Then when we cut the cake which didn't look like anything like the pic, we find it to be chocolate cake instead of chocolate forest cake which was decided upon!! Absolutely terrible experience. Dont go there
