Abla is legendary and there’s a reason why. Yes, these are the best sweets in Granville. Swing by and get a plate for the next person who invites you for dinner - everyone will be impressed. As for those who contest the staff can’t speak English - errrr, they are lovely and speak perfect English (as if that matters; you are buying sweets not competing in an essay writing contest).

I don’t understand why your staff members are so rude. They barely understand English and are extremely rude with the limited English that they understand. They expect everyone to speak Arabic and the people that don’t speak Arabic are treated like rubbish. The customer service is severely poor which is a shame because the cakes are great. Every time I call them to get information about a product or order a product the staff member doesn’t understand English or will just reply repeatedly with the word “No, No, No” and then hang up. Really saddened by this experience. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review because usually I just never go back to a business that treats me like this but I have been a loyal customer for years and want this to change. Considering that you have been in this business for decades. If we don’t see any improvement than it might be worth trying your competitor down the road...

Great selection of sweets but I wish they’d label them with price tags. Bit hard if you are non-Arab/Lebanese and not familiar with the menu.

My favourite spot for Lebanese sweets and cakes. It has been serving high quality sweets for more than 30 years now.

Big store, clean, spacious, lots of selections. I got half-kilo sweets for only $14. So cheap!!

Favourite place every time we visited family we always buy something here first for dessert .

I have been there with my family over weekend. We enjoyed having baghlava and coffees. Overall, everything was great and tasty. The staff also were friendly and helpful. I would go there again. Thanks

Abla is the best in Sydney! It is the only place we order and buy cakes and other desserts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The premises is also clean. Highly recommend this place for your special occasion!

Perfect pastry. And best cake. Trusted product. But staff doesn't have smile on their face maybe paid less wages
