Nice, spacious place. Friendly service, and good pizza and pasta. Pizzas were well prepared, great flavours, smoky aroma to boot. We found the prosciutto pizza noteworthy. The paccheri vesuviana was al dente with a flavourful savoury sauce. Delicious. Will come again. Recommended.

Eccles Cakes, Apple and Rhubarb Pies, Chocolate Mud cakes are to die for. Lots of other well made breads and cakes. The owner is friendly and spots regulars. The staff are young, well mannered and well brought up, with a service attitude that is genuine.

Lovely traditional bookshop with a great range of book. But the surprise was the cafe towards the back of the store overlooking the road! We had great service, food and coffee. Am loathe to put in such a glowing review as when the secret gets out I am sure it will get busy.

This bakery is sensational, they have a great range of food. It is priced slightly higher than many other bakery's My Family and I have been going there for years and the sausage rolls are exceptional. There is generally enough staff to cover the influx of people as this bakery is well known by the locals and the community. I have always been able to get a park out the front Q: Would I recommend this to others A: Yes, we have driven out of way to eat from here

One of Melbourne's best ramen joints has come to the s.e suburbs! I've visited the Shujinko in the cbd multiple times and this is one is almost as good, it was a bit rushed due to opening day, so ramen was not quite as good as the original restaurant.

The whole family of 6 came to Macelleria tonight and we tried an array of different food: the t bone steak, rib eye and scotch fillet with the three different sauces on offer. Mum had the pork ribs and we also got a burger. Tried the chips and roasted vegetables as well. We are a steak loving family and have tried most steak eateries in the area. This was a pleasant surprise. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides complimented the food well. We were surprised by the 1 star review written before us as we felt that the steaks were on the cheaper end of what we have had previously. Only thing we could give feedback on was that the roasted veggies were a tad salty but that's an easy fix. Excited to have Macelleria in the area and hope that the quality doesn't change as the hype of the new Glen wears off over the forthcoming months.
