A hidden gem. The food is pretty authentic Taiwanese. We ordered some grilled skewers of meat, beef noodles, fried rice & braised pork rice. I tasted a bit of each. They were all good, except the Taiwanese sausages, which were a bit dry. My favourite was the Braised Pork Rice.

Kopitiam Singapore Cafe
4.2
/ 85

86 Collins St 7000, Hobart

The toughest critic for any Singapore food is a homesick Singaporean. This is by far the most authentic Singaporean food I've had in a long time, better than some overrated stores back home!

Shipwrights Arms Hotel

29 Trumpeter St 7004, Hobart

BEST PUB IN HOBART. 171 year old pub in historic Battery Point which is a 500m walk from Salamanca. It’s the official Sydney to Hobart pub where the crews go to celebrate after the iconic race - the walls are covered with an AMAZING array of sailing memorabilia. Great traditional pub atmosphere and a superb Pub Bistro. Great food, great atmosphere, lots of history in wonderful location. Pubs don’t get better than this ole beauty !!! A MUST in Hobart

Pizza Hut New Town Dine In
2.9
/ 243

74 Forster St Cnr New Town Rd 7008, Hobart

Yummy food. I ordered hot&spicy Chicken Pizza, but it's not spicy at all, the crust is a little bit hard. Lasagne is amazing!

Succulent Cafe
3.6
/ 126

Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, Queens Domain, Hobart

Eh. The food wasn't particularly appetising so we didn't order any. We had coffee which was a bit burnt and my wife asked for a diet coke and was given pepsi (they had both) They could dramatically improve this place by hiring better wait staff, better cooks and rewriting the menu to sound more appealing.

Kirakira Japanese Restaurant
4.2
/ 79

46 Argyle St 7000, Hobart

The sushi shop is recently renovated. It looks much better than the old fitout. The price is okay. I only had sushi here. The sushi is just average. The sushi rice may be a bit too wet.
