I have breakfast at the Lighthouse Beach Cafe every Tuesday morning with the Ballina Business Alliance. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy. The food is great, with good sized portions and a fair amount of variety. The location is to die for! Our business meetings have been known to be interrupted by whales breaching just off shore. Great for big groups, or small intimate gatherings.

Great welcome, attentive staff, quirky surroundings and the beach directly across the road. Just when you think it couldn't get any better than this the menu is mainly gluten and dairy free with so much to choose from and reasonably priced too. I can recommend the fish, the lamb burgers (no bread for me please) and the sugar free hot chilli sauce. There is even and kids menu and very tempting gf and df deserts. Check out the smoothies..... We will keep coming back for more.

We've kept going back to the Westower Tavern over and over every time we're in Ballina. It's great pub meals at good prices and you can choose to sit inside or out. The outside area is undercover, so even with a bit of rain it's still fine to enjoy the cooler air on a previously hot day. The outside area has a massive kids play area which is seemingly well maintained and sitting at an outside table means you can keep an eye on the kids as they play and you enjoy your meal. There's all the usual Keno and TAB features you expect at a club - except for pokies, but I`m ok with that. A great selection of beers, spirits and wine available at the bar and the food is fantastic with the Godfather Parmiagana to die for - but their other meals including their steaks are not to be under-rated. A great night out for all the family with a number of upcoming events at all times, so check it out when you're in town.

Wow. Great food. I've just had a 'green curry chicken' and 'stir fry basil with beef'. The flavors are wonderful and the veggies are crisp. Food here is very tasty and has a nice touch of chili.

Used to like this place, but it started to decline, then I got food poisoning on my last visit in May. Then one of my staff got food poisoning from there in June. Won't be back.
I live in ballina and this place is Awesome! i took my kids here for lunch and they loved the place! they have a great choice of food and it its always quick! sometimes my kids are begging me to drive them there! 5 star rating!
