The food is great, but at times the staff seem very disinterested in the service / customer satisfaction. Had to remind staff about my order of fries, in which they didn't seem too concerned about. In then waiting for my fries I ordered another beer, in which they forgot about this too until I reminded them.

Great burgers. Great fries. Get you one. No, get two. The playlist was a hit machine too.

Great burgers and other dishes at busy place. Not a huge venue so feels nice and cosy. Popular place and friendly staff.

Great service, food quality and caters for specific dietary needs. A lovely outdoor shaded seated area. Great value menu.

It was a pleasant evening at Remys. The summer air and the pretty lights made for a good burger consuming environment. The burgers did not disappoint and the service could not be improved on. Max is a very fast eater. You wouldn’t think it from looking at him but he can finish a burger faster than a bandicoot on a burnt ridge.

I love remy's but had a very disappointing experience last Tuesday night. My friend and I were seated and the server came over quite quickly to take our order. We ordered with her and 20 minutes later she came over to ask if we would like to pay. We said we haven't received our food yet. She came back another 15 minutes later and read our order back to us. She said there had been an issue with orders being sent to the kitchen. We said that it's okay, but she offered us a free drink for the wait. She brought us a drink menu and left. Another server came over and asked about our drink order - we said we were speaking to another server about it. He said she had sent him over because she didn't have an RSA, so could take orders for alcohol. We gave him our drink orders and our food arrived about 5 minutes later. The food was wonderful, as always. We were ready to leave straight after finishing eating because after all the time waiting, they were beginning to close. We paid our bill and realised after that we had paid for the "free drinks". We didn't ask for free drinks, and didnt initially order a drink but took one when it was offered. A disappointing experience for a venue I usually enjoy so much.
