Terrible customer service and Attitude of that male waiter 🤯🤯 I went for lunch with my coworkers and we did book table in advance.Once we reached there they took a while to give us menu we did took 10 minutes to choose from menu as we were group of 8 people. Once we order everything we were chatting having fun waiting for our food after 30 minutes we got our drinks and after 5 minutes we got just only one of our starters and we were still having good time but after that it took ages to get our other starters and mains. We waited for more than 1 hour after we got our only one starter. When one of my coworkers asked male waiter how long it’s going to take in a fun way but he replied in a very rude way saying that “he was not sure that if he is in a mood to joke as he was really busy” we could not believe how much attitude he had. After all these we waited patiently for our food and finally we got our other starters and one of my coworkers asked how long it’s going to bring out the mains as he was leaving early for meeting and he again replied saying that we should have told him in advance if he was leaving early and start laughing like stupid. That was awful and one of our coworkers left. We had no idea that we had to wait 2 hrs just to get average food. What a nightmare!!!!!!!!! Our team would have wait patiently if he was not rude but the way he replied was terrible . If he is sick of his job he should leave the job or go on vacation and He definitely need to change his attitude. I would never ever go back again and never recommend anyone. Waste of time and money.

Yet again Zimzala did not disappoint. Four of us shared a delicious tasting plate followed by perfectly cooked barramundi for two of us and salmon for the other two. Apart from the beautiful views and food, the service and buzz within the restaurant ticked all of the boxes. We will return soon.

A wonderful venue for my birthday lunch. Fantastic food that can’t be faulted and staff who are friendly and professional. Highly recommend Zimzala for any occasion.

We recently spent a few hours here after a day spent exploring the Royal National Park. Nicely situated overlooking the ocean the restaurant’s decor is very much inspired by the sea. Excellent wine list and the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly.

Such a beautiful place to eat a wonderful meal. The staff were friendly, helpful and are a credit to their employers. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Great service & food lovely, however more vegetarian choices would make this restaurant more appealing

We had a lovely lunch on a murky, dull day. The staff were polite and attentive and the food was delicious. I had the seafood pie, something I’ve never tried before and it was superb. Hadn’t been to Zimzala for quite some time and I need to renew my acquaintance, clearly.

A great dining experience for the Mother’s Day lunch! Staff were prompt and friendly, food and cocktails are amazing in a beautiful location! Totally recommend!

On arrival took time to find table for 2, hadn't booked. Service was terrific. From the oysters to the pavlova the food was excellent. I eat well done steak and it is really difficult to get one that isn't burnt or dry. This piece of beef was delicious great place

Never a disappointment or wrong step at Zimzala’s! Such a wonderful venue for a simple coffee and cake to a magnificent special lunch or dinner. My all time favourite Shire restaurant 🥂
