The best coffee! Good for breakfast and lunch as well. Also a good range of alternative drinks for the non coffee drinker. Staff look out for their customers. Highly recommended. :)

Great coffee. Delicious breakfast, though one of my eggs was overdone and beans were quite watery. Staff were very friendly, though the service was a little slow.

It's a nice place but we didn't really enjoy it. Our second time back here and overally I'd describe it as fine. The interior is extremely loud - when we heard the coffee machine grinding and the clack clack emptying the coffee pods we started to laugh. Ooh...that's why we hadn't been back here since our first visit. Seriously it's so bloody loud. The food was good. Very fresh ingredients. We both found it quiet bland though. Missing seasoning and a bit of flavour. They also really know how to charge. 24 dollars for a burger and that doesn't include chips. You'll easily drop 30+ in brekkie and coffee.

I have just left the restaurant and witnessed a situation I found disgraceful. This morning while waiting for my coffee, I saw the owner speaking with a young lady apparently looking for a job opportunity. He spoke to her in such rude way that I couldn’t help but watch. After a while being absolutely aggressive with the girl, he then told her he wouldn’t be able to hire her cause his restaurant was a local English speaker and he wouldn’t want someone speaking a different language in his premises. I found that absolutely disrespectful as the girl was speaking perfect English with him all along. I am an immigrant Australian citizen living and working in Sydney for the past 10 years and have worked in hospitality industry for a very long time. And fortunately have never came across such treatment and would never accept being treated like that by anyone. As a customer I also do not accept and will not sit just watching this sort of atitude. Definitely will never recommend this place to anyone. There’s plenty good options around Coogee where the staff and customers are treated the same way as every human being deserve.
