Very busy and very good

Disappointing customer service. No cash registers open at 7:50pm with the store still reasonably busy. Full trolleys can’t go through self checkouts (ie. Not enough room in the bagging area). All check outs lock out, confirmed by staff. Later on they got one going ( once my stack of products started to hit the floor) 15min to get through the check out with 2 split bills.

young Indian woman usually on register. She never says hello, always sneers at you like you're an inconvenience to her, she sometimes scans things twice for one object. This has been going on for a long time with her.CHECK YOUR RECEIPT with her! She's a rip off merchant if you're not indian like her! Very bad customer service. Staff have lot of attitude. they always give hard time. We live in Weston but would love to go to other suburbs just because of the staff. The lady working at express Dibya is too arrogant.She refused to serve us. I was mistreated and I have seen others go through same.I prefer Woden they have more options.

Wish the packers could work earlier. Diffucult to get around them at 8 am.

I didn’t had much interaction with the staff as I pick what I want and use the self checkout. But I know some of the staff members. They are always helpful when you talk to them, specially Lekha and Deepa. I fell like they all need bit of encouragement from their managers. Thank you team Weston creek to help Aussies during this pandemic. Keep it up.

Staff are not treated well here - female employees are harassed, mistreated and not respected. Store managers/leading hands seem reluctant to deal with customer complaints and expect cashier staff to do a lot of their work. When customers ask to see the manager with a complaint, the manager is quite often unable to be found. It's a shame because I am a loyal Woolworths' customer, but Weston Creek is definitely not meeting the expected standards as an Australian Employer.

Good store, friendly helpful staff. Only complaint is sometimes when I buy fruit it goes off (wrinkly skin etc) before it can ripen.

Like this supermarket as it seemed to have most everything I wanted. However there were a few problems because I am in an electric wheelchair and had trouble with the width of some of the aisles
