Woolworths Mascot

One of the early customers for today. Staff are very amiable, greeting good morning and asking how you are doing. Sanitation is regularly in place. All shelves are fully stocked and overall, the shop is organized and tidy.

Good parking there and easy to navigate. Also the chicken karrage is awesome

Huge store with everything you need; sushi counter, butcher, bakery and deli. Right in the hub of Mascot Central at the base of residential buildings.

It's a pretty ordinary Woolworths at the best of times. Poor stock levels is normal, no phone reception but free wifi. Only shop there because I live close to it. Rethinking my life choices

Normally I have a happy time buying grocery in Mascot Woolworth. But today I want to return a product with quality issue which I bought within 1 month. I have proof of purchase. Then the staff told me they cannot return & refund product, they only do home brand?! They confirmed several times they DO NOT refund products with quality issue I bought within 30 days. Then I check on Woolies website, it advises they do refund for faulty product. So disappointed. Updated: emailed Woolies customer service team, they get back to me confirming Woolies do full refund for products with quality issue. Went to store again and got refund finally.

Overpriced for a Woolworths... seems like prices are higher here than other stores for basic staples... Maybe due to the airport location and all the travellers passing thru?
