Woolworths Launceston

Went in on Sunday 20/6/21 at 4pm to exchange 2 items (pasta and coffee) as they were the incorrect item. Both bought the day before, unopened with receipt. The ‘bigger’ lady (and her colleague Edwin) at the customer service were extremely rude! So unhelpful. Told me I can’t exchange the pasta but I can with the coffee pods. What logic is that??!? She’s not even adhering to Woolies Exchange Policy. I work in customer service so I know. I could have escalated the issue but I didn’t. This women and her unhelpful colleague needs to seriously read up on the store’s exchange policy. FYI: I didn’t want a refund! I was buying more items and just needed an exchange. It’s not hard. Just a few seconds of your time to click a few buttons. Omg these young workers today are so rude!!

Really love the staff here friendly and helpful and go out off there way too help you.

Big space, well stocked, undercover parking with bottle shop close by.

Good selection, clean not too busy, well set out, plenty of staff around, shelves fully stocked, fast check out, easy parking.

Much cleaner than Mowbray woollies and unlike Mowbray they actually have the specials advertised. They also have a coffee stand inside and coffee cup holders in the shopping trolleies.😁

It's always a bit pov there. And I feel like I get in the way of staff gossip/catch ups. Sorry guys but I just didn't feel ready to shoplift to avoid interrupting your social life.

Woolworths had what we wanted. Clean, bright and wide aisles.

Had great customer service from a young chap named kyle

Had four children by my self ,a full trolley of groceries and you had only two check out going with people lining up. No help was given to the two girls who really didn't look like they care. I timed it and it took 12 minutes before I manage to finely put my groceries on the belt. Won't be back. Should of stayed with Coles.

So clean and the lovely grocery guy found a box of my son's favourite popcorn for me.
