I was served by a lady with nametag Diah just few minutes back. She was rude, I smiled at her but she just looked at me, she didn't even acknowledge me. She didnt even ask if i need a bag. She just dismissed me hastily. Worst customer service ever. Woolworths is a great company and should choose people who could represent their image well.
