Wildernis Cafe and Bar

We dined here with a group this morning. Service was terrible. The staff were rude. Half the food didn’t come out. We had to continually ask. I mentioned the food we didn’t get when paying and the staff member completely ignored me and slammed the eftpos down on the counter. A refresher in customer service wouldn’t go astray. Definitely will not recommend.

Dont book a wedding or event here. I have had to to take the owner to QCAT to obtain an order that they are to return a deposit that we paid which they told us (in writing) was refundable provided we did not cancel within 2 weeks of the event. Due to Covid, we cancelled 9 months before the event and the owner simply has refused to return the deposit and in fact dared us to go legal with our matter. QCAT has ordered that they pay and Wildernis have not. DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE SAME HASSLE. We are now taking enforcement action in this matter and will be letting the ACCC of the conduct re the deposit.

Good coffee, food always consistent

Service was incredible, shout out to Jess she was incredible and supper friendly, the food was amazing and the açai smooth ( with apple juice ) outstanding !!!!

Went there for a Saturday Brunch, had a Pumpkin and Tofu Scramble and Coffee. The food was tasty, generous portion and fairly priced. Good service; The waitress was friendly and attentive. There is a car park right next to the cafe and it's across the road from the beach which is a +++

Had a lovely brunch this morning. - Service was a bit slow but nothing bad. - Food came out within a reasonable time. - Good food I had the french benny and it was really good! I do wish there was an extra slice of bacon though. Really enjoyed the hollandaise as well. My boyfriend got the beef burger and he really enjoyed it, good value price for coming with chips too. I ordered a smoothie as well and it tasted nice but it wasn’t really that ‘smoothie’ consistency it was the same consistency as a juice but it still tasted good. I’d come again :)

Really nice venue tobhave breakfast or hold an event. Had breakfast and coffee there. Coffee was really good and the breakfast delicious. Portions were good to. Overall love this cafe
