Adjusting my review down from 4 stars due to inconsistency in the quality of food. It's very variable. I have had lunch here every week for about 6 months, and it's potluck what I will get, even when ordering the same dish. Sometimes it'll be really salty, sometimes very spicy, sometimes it'll have crunchy chickpeas, sometimes not. Last visit, my noodles were topped with a fried egg which I thought was rather undercooked. I'm fine with runny yolk - I'm drawing the line at eating uncooked egg whites. Despite their "everything is our fault" policy, when I mentioned it to the staff member, she said it was meant to be like that and to try it. I messaged the owner as per his instructions below and he said "different customers like different degrees of how eggs are done". Fair enough - I like my whites cooked enough to not get salmonella, thanks. It's still good value Sichuan food at affordable prices. Portions are generous. Food always arrives very quickly. The dumplings, particularly the vegetarian ones, are excellent.
Service is good. Food needs improvement. Intestine was overcooked which destroyed elastic texture and noodle soup was too sour and spicy. The numbness covers original flavour of the food. Really wish they could improve their recipes.
I really enjoy coming here for a quick quiet lunch away from the office. I usually get the hot vegetarian soup noodles which are incredibly delicious and just the right portion. The staff are friendly and the service is really quick.
Great food and atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was served quite quickly. Would have been better if they had a bigger restaurant and toilets, but otherwise great experience.
Spicy lobster noodle bowl is so good! Be mindful it is super spicy though
The owner of the restaurant was really friendly and the service was good. However, the food was greasy and way too salty. Some ingredients were not fresh, which made us feel sick in stomachs afterwards. I would recommend to improve the quality of the food.
I used to love Wild Panda, but I found they changed their recipe and menu this week. When I ordered the spicy chicken noodle, it was exactly DIFFERENT as before, the chicken was very SALTY, and did not look like Sichuan Spicy Chicken at all. I used to visit 2 or 3 times weekly before, but may not revisit for a while...
Good value I liked spicy beef noodle
Wow. Serious flavour alert! Got that dry vegetarian noodle bowl and good lord does it hit the spot. Bonza
Awesome sichuan noodles, the spice is balanced and not overpowering, highly recommended! You can ask for reduced spice level (or mild) if spicy is not your thing
