Normally good but today the porridge consisted of about 10 spoonfulls with a teaspoon of rhubarb compote for $16… very poor. Suggest lack of supervision.
Nice cozy place right next to the beach. Fantastic customer service and delicious food. Will definitely come back.
Despite the excellent location service has been quite poor. On multiple occasions I was served bacon and egg rolls with cheese and coffee with normal milk after confirming with staff and paying for lactose free options. Disappointed with the lack of care. If they had to stop 3 times on the drive home to use the bathroom then they might think twice before ignoring someone’s food allergy
Went to Whale Beach Deli Sunday 7 Feb at 07:00. Coffee and service both good, but very disappointing to get a croissant that was entirely soft and obviously baked and sourced the day before. This should at least be explained by the staff before handing over a croissant to a customer. Surprising with so many great bakeries on north shore/northern beaches (Staples, Berkelo, Flour Shop), it should be possible to source flaky, crispy, buttery and good quality pastries, certainly on a Sunday morning!
A secluded gem just above Whale Beach! It's one of our favourites when in the area! Highly recommended
Not too full of people, nice food presentation and service. A little pricey but worth it! Better than boathouse.
Amazing place! Customer attention it's good. Fast. Coffee is awesome. The banana bread was so good and the fruit and coconut yogurt 👌. Prices are expensive but considering the area and the quality of the service it's alright! You must go!
Nice relaxing atmosphere, little bit pricey but the sizes and quality worth it. Has a order from phone qr code system which is great if you are ok the run and need a place to sit and get work done.
Delicious food and fantastic coffee served in a relaxed setting just a block behind Whale Beach. The staff are friendly. It is distinctly a member of The Boathouse group, with its beachy relaxed decor and selection of fresh flowers out the front.
Delicious, healthy food in a relaxed setting not to far from Whale Beach (but up a hill). Dog friendly. Efficient service
