What a quirky place with nice coffee, good selection of desserts and good food. Well worth the visit.

Good breakfast and location. One of the better choices in Alice Springs.

A place to hang out and enjoy a yarn. I see fellow comments that food may be alow, and this was true to my visit. When food arrived, the scrambled tofu was well-dressed and bread warm. Coffee was delicious, and I have learned not to take latte art for granted on non-dairy coffees. Food and drinks here may take time but I would come again for the ambience. There are boardgames, books and children toys for visitors to enjoy. A giant chess board too. Come to sit down, relax and enjoy.

The Watertank Cafe is a unique business that provides an opportunity for customers to relax and enjoy coffee and/or a meal whilst enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. Sitting arrangements ensure that each customer has a choice of relaxing in a lounge, sitting at a dining table or simply reading a newspaper on a stool bar. The coffee is great, although expensive, and all meals can be ordered to both eat in and take away. There is also free wifi, a wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets available.

Great place to relax and have coffee with friends
