Best burgers around by far, and cheap. Fish and chips aint too bad either

We have bought from here regularly over many years and the quality and service has been 9 to10, but tonight and last week the quality has slipped. Fish pieces are getting smaller and the chips are not as delicious - taste and crispness have gone ! Have they changed the type of potato or the cooking oil ? (this was 5 months ago) Today I ordered by phone and was told 20-25 minutes. I arrived 23 minutes later, paid and was told it would be 10 minutes. There were around 10-12 people waiting inside and outside the shop, and the warming area where they place order waiting for collection was jammed packed. Many customers came and queried when their order would be ready - the standard reply was 10 minutes. One lady complained she had been waiting almost an hour, and a very senior gentleman when collecting his order complained that he was told 10 minutes but it took 45 minutes. I eventually received my order almost 50 minutes after placing it. I am pleased to see the shop doing so well after Covid but THEY NEED TO BE HONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TELL THEM MORE ACCURATELY HOW LONG TILL ITS READY. Today the food was great, but please don't BS your customers.
