Love the service. They know my boyfriend by name and remembered mine too. The coffee was different, a real caramel flavour. The burger was really delicious as well.
I asked numerous times for have-in but was given a takeaway cup, this is an issue for me as I hate waste. Soy cappucino wasnt bad not amazing
Best coffee around and friendly staff
Smell hits you as you walk in the door (and not in a good way). Wait time is long. Has pictures everywhere of a salted caramel frappe covered in caramel but the one I got had no caramel. Babycinno was so hot that even an adult burned their tongue on it. I should also mention there's Xmas chocolate stuffed down the bottom of the food display cabinet so that probably hasn't been cleaned properly in a month minimum. If only they'd spend less time attempting to insult customers online and more time figuring out common sense things like don't serve a burning hot drink (That when made correctly, should only be 40 degrees) to a small child. That is unless they want to end up being sued one day when a child spills it on themselves and ends up with burns all over their body. You're welcome for alerting you to this issue to prevent this and improve your business.
Coffee is great. Smooth blend. The French toast is delish. Surprised to find the place around here.

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. Walking in to see GF items available is a massive plus for me too. Looking forward to trying some of their food menu soon. but for now, I'm savouring this delicious cappuccino!

When in need of a coffee that touches every sense inside of you, gives you the morning kick you need, and flavors that just soothes your pallet. Staff that care about how every process of the outcome of your product is produced. Then they meticulously handle and care for your cup to be thoroughly appreciated. Wake Me Up is just that place!
