I have seen people lining up for the waffles and baguettes and I had to try them. I ordered the beef baguette and it was huge, amazingly fresh and so good. Like many, it’s easy to walk past a place like this however don’t, it’s worth a try. Tasty and very filling at reasonable prices. When they are busy you may need to wait a while and you may not get a smile when being served however I will definitely be going back.

Ordered the waffle and the roast beef baguette for takeaway located on Degraves St next to the subway entrance to Flinders station. The waffle was premade but they reheat it so it's nice and toasty. It was soft with a brioche-like texture and not too sweet; pretty good and definitely would be even better with some toppings. The roast beef was very tender and delicious with the creamy mayo and mustard and the pickles added a nice acidity to balance the flavours. Baguette was fresh and easy to bite off; it is a softer type of baguette without the crunchy exterior. Overall enjoyed the food.

Recommend the plain waffle, great for take away and eating on the go. Quick and friendly service. Can access from the Flinders Street station Degraves street access.

Easy to get to and surrounded by the great atmosphere of degraves lane. Can get a waffle for under $10 and they are great. Space to sit and eat it. Best of all not paying a high price tag

The best baguettes in Melbourne - without a doubt, and the service and banter are great. The baguettes are fresh and crispy - as they should be. The servings are generous. And the flavour - superb. Just try a simple “bonjour” when you arrive - it makes all the difference. Tres bien!

This is the best place for French Baguette Sandwich. A bit busy at lunch hour but you will get the true french treat. Love the roast beef sandwich and waffles. Try mikado too.

I grabbed a waffle in the early hours of the morning, they just came out of the oven and they were absolutely delicious, this is easily the most delectable Belgian style waffle you will be able to find in the entirety of Victoria. I had mine with no toppings, just with powdered sugar, and it was scrumptious, it had a soft chewy texture but also wasn't soggy or anything. The man serving here is from France, and he is very nice.
