Food was very good. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I won't be dining here again as they do not accept cash, which is the legal tender of the country, as payment.
First time trying Vapiano and had a pleasant experience. The ambience is nice and the space is quite big too. Ordering is very convenient via the mobile ordering system. The menu is pretty simple, and you have a lot of flexibility in choosing what pasta type, sauce, and any other extra ingredients. Portions are decent for the price too.
Waited 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for food- the food is delicious but it’s not good enough to wait over an hour for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love Vapiano! This one especially - great space and usually always has a table. The food is good, always of a decent standard and the drinks are affordable. There is also a nice balcony to sit on during summer.
It’s a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere but the night I went out with friends the night was supposed to be fun one but turned into a pretty disappointing one, it took over an hour and a half close to 2 hours for food to arrive and a similar time for a drink out of 2 to arrive. I felt bad for my partner I gave him my tomatoes from my ravioli and some of my pasta so he could eat something and not starve. The ravioli was pretty disappointing, a smaller portion which I didn’t feel like I’d gotten my money’s worth compared to if I’d spent an extra $2 . When I had ordered the 2 drinks for me and my partner we got one had to share it and when I asked about the other, I felt ignored by staff the issue was mainly was to do with understaffing and poor management because there was no flow to the restaurant. I could see we weren’t the only ones with issues with drinks cause I could see multiple people were having to go up to the bar in person to order/to ask. We were wanting to order dessert but that would of been just hard if not harder. I think I’ll have much better luck at a different Italian restaurant
