Ample space, light and airy with real massive olive tree adds a nice feature. Not a massive menu, no entree options and traditional pasta/pizza options not available such as chicken basciola. Pasta itself tasted a bit like gluten free type pasta so a "different" pasta feel. Staff are lovely and welcoming though and drinks menu is massive.

Went to Canberra to drop my son off at Uni and went to Vapiano Canberra - my husband and I were astounded by their quality of food, professionalism and service in all areas of the business. We had multiple employees come and check up on us throughout our time and the manager made us feel very special! Next time we are down, we are definitely coming back!

Horrendous experience. Good was low quality. Bland and undercooked. Had to send back two meals and they were still woeful when they came back out. Have to use an app to order and pay which takes longer than just telling a waiter/ess. The service and hospitality is non existent. Chefs look disinterested as do the staff (dont know why the staff are even there) how this has 4 stars is beyond me.. you lot who think this is good food/Hospitality or value need to get out more try decent food.

The centre is great for finding what you need when you are in the city centre. There are supermarket, shoe stores, beauty salon and many more stores. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare but I finally found a parking spot. Don't trust the parking indicators as they are not always working accurately.

Really good service, friendly staff and good drinks. They struggle on crazy packed nights which is understandable. It's very sad to see people giving some very harsh reviews after dining on those night. They seem to try their best.

The food was decent, but the big let down was the caprese board. It only has five ingredients bread, tomato, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic, but when it turned up at our table it was missing the basil and balsamic. When asked we were told they had run out. We asked for a refund but nothing happened, they just took the dish away. Since you’ve already paid there’s not much you can do. If you don’t have the ingredients for a dish don’t sell it. We won’t be going back.

Seriously, they have the WORST pasta I've ever try in my whole life. The cashier, who took our order, was cooking pasta and making drinks! Do you guys actually have a chef in a kitchen? Anyway the pasta was really dry and soggy because they overcooked it. Picture looks great but no, I will never ever go there again.

I'm a bit of a pasta fiend, and I do love the bolognaise here. Nothing fancy or elaborate, but solid morish food. The staff are also a pleasure, and they are happy to take your order at the counter if you don't want to order from the app (clunky to set up, but no doubt efficient in the long term). Again though, the take home message is solid food options that I could eat way to much of if not careful. Full disclosure: I did get a complimentary beer this evening, and the staff did suggest I write a review. For that reason I rounded down to four stars, just in case I am seeing things through hop coloured classes.

Booking for 16. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The service was professional and friendly. Our order was perfect and the food was SENSATIONAL. This was our first visit and we will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff who helped create a memorable night. 10/10. Dave & Lillie

The food is very delicious, but the thing that stood out for me the most was the customer service, they were so so lovely, it made eating there a pleasure. They were so so helpful, I would definitely come back again!😄😄😄 10/10 for me.
