Food was nice! Service was great! Would come back again

Hi, I wanted to vouch for the veracity of Christie Duong's negative review regarding disappointing customer service. We had to wait over half an hour for just 3 cups of coffee. Which is just ridiculous. The waitress had to be reminded that we had made this order, and even afterwards it took fair bit more time for it to be rectified. Her poor attitude and reluctance to admit to this mistake left a bad taste. The fact that there was no apology made at all has triggered us to make this review. Also in general, very cold customer service with no smiles/greetings amde. For a cafe to have workers who look like they don't want to be there working that shift isn't a good vibe at all even if it's busy. (The staff member 'Lillian' Christie was referring to, wasn't working that day, but is someone we've had positive experiences with on other past occasions).

The food is bussin here and the staffs are immaculate. Chef kisses*

Good food. Slowest service ever! There is usually one person serving, making drinks, cleaning tables, taking payments. They always look so grumpy and sour.

Staff were almost friendly. Dessert was average and price was on the high side for the quality.

They’ve updated themselves with a new look and new menu that offers a large variety. Almost always busy but the service has always been quite good, the staff make sure to try and serve you as soon as they can. It’s a fun atmosphere. In reply: I think some of the desserts are much more of a novelty (the dessert we got in particular which is pictured) than good quality dessert. It was interesting and fun but taste-wise there wasn't much to it.

The taro latte is a must try and the service was great. Very busy, though the staff was able to keep up.

Food was excellent great portion well presented and tasty! Service was lacking a smile but all in all nice place to chill.
